Return and Warranty Policy

Returns only eligible on factory defective items. Customer must email sales@donshotrodshop.com to show proof of damage and/or defect. We do not take returns of customer damaged parts. 

Warranties are done through the part brand of which you buy. We do not deal with warranties, the customer must contact the brand to have it done. 

Website Inventory

Online Inventory is updated every day at 5pm after the store is closed to account for the parts sold

in-store. If a certain part is needed that you do not see on the website, please give us a call so we can make the listing for it.
